I've run into a few scenarios where an overlay may exceed the height of the device frame, and i can't scroll to the bottom of it.

There are some times where I'll have a web page, with a link at the bottom of the page that shows an overlay, and while i can still scroll up the source page, i can't scroll down the overlay page.
